The Most Annoying Song Ever?
Tuesday, January 6th, 2009Here’s something too interesting to not pass along: a Scientific Attempt to Create the Most Annoying Song Ever
I’ll give them credit. It’s fairly annoying. Most of it is just downright funny. They nailed it with the kids singing. Making it 22 minutes long was also a nice touch. About 4:00 in I started to lose it, myself.
While the song linked above is annoying, there are certainly some other artists that I think are much more deserving of the title. Why, that’s a great segueway for my second point (almost as if I had planned it) – yet another sign of the impending apocalypse is that “lil wayne” is the most nominated artist of the year with 8 (eight) Grammy nominations. That either speaks ill for society as a whole or that the Grammys have become a traveshamockery of what they once were.
Through an odd set of circumstances I actually got to talk to someone that’s on the Grammy voting committee recently. Not being able to pass up such an opportunity, I had to ask: “What’s up with the ‘lil wayne’ nominations?”
I didn’t really get an answer. I think I just annoyed him.
